Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Hands on assistance with transfers, or using Hoyer lift, gait belt
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance with access to reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Prior home care experience a plus
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- E-verify is used work eligibility
- Able to work with multiple clients/ split shifts, hours can vary from 4 hours to 24 hours a day
